All orders arrive beautifully gift wrapped in LINLEY gift boxes with ribbon. In the instance that an item does not fit within our gift boxes we do our best to ensure that the item is still presented in a way that enhances the gift giving experience.
During checkout, at the basket stage, you may add a complimentary gift message to your order.

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Opening an account not only speeds up the order process, but it also means you can see your Order History, save your personal and payment details, as well as save your favourite items to a Wish List you can share with others.
Unfortunately as the payment has already been processed against your order we are unable to add any additional items. We can assist in placing a new order for you or you can place this online. If you would like the items despatched together in the same box please alert us as soon as possible.
For orders to the UK, UK VAT is applied, meaning that they are not eligible for a VAT refund. For international orders, UK VAT is not applicable and will be deducted from the price shown on the website during checkout.
You can cancel your order at any time during the ‘Ordered’ status. To do this, you will need to sign into your account and view your Order History. Please note that orders for Gift Cards cannot be cancelled.
