Our VAT registration number is GB503 4903 74.

This terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our Site whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our Site.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our Site, as these will apply to your use of our Site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.

Where specified on the relevant part of the Site, the licence granted in these terms and conditions may be limited to a particular period of time and/or may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Except as set out in the limited licence above (or as required under any applicable law), no part of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

5. Acceptable use of the Site

While accessing, browsing and/or using the Site you must:

(c) not collect or store personal information regarding other users (unless expressly authorised to do so);
(d) not solicit funds, advertisers or sponsors;
(e) not deep-link to and/or frame or use framing techniques to enclose the Site, or any part of the Site, without our prior written consent;

Please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Seasonal Promotions
LINLEY reserves the right not to apply discount where it suspects fraudulent use. Return of purchases will be for the price actually paid. No price adjustments or partial reimbursements on previous purchases or purchases are valid. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Please read the Terms & Conditions of each promotion found on the promotional mail as these may vary.

11. Furniture Sale Preview


(a) All ex-display or damaged items sold in-store are sold as seen and are non-returnable. A repair service will not be offered for any items marked as ex-display or damaged.
(b) No refunds or exchanges will be given on any ex-display or damaged items sold in-store. This does not affect your statutory rights as governed by English Law and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
(c) All prices are inclusive of VAT


(a) A delivery service is available and is chargeable depending on location.  This will be agreed at the point of sale and delivery dates will be confirmed.
(b) If you have requested delivery of your Goods, we reserve the right to charge additional costs if a delivery cannot be made within 14 days of the agreed delivery date.
(c) If you fail to take delivery of the Goods after 4 weeks has elapsed from the date of purchase then, without prejudice to any other of our rights hereunder, we are entitled to store or arrange for the storage of the goods until actual delivery and if we do, we shall inform you in writing and charge a weekly £90 (includes VAT) of such storage from the due date.  For the avoidance of doubt, this will include circumstances where delivery proves hazardous as described below.
(d) If the storage costs exceed the sales price, then you will forfeit rights to the Goods purchased and the sales proceeds will not be refunded
(e) It is your responsibility to provide safe, adequate and proximate access for the delivery personnel and their vehicle.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery beyond the kerb where access is considered hazardous – in such an event, goods will be deposited as close as we can within reason or returned to Hayes for storage.
(f) Delivery is only available up to a maximum second floor of any building if access is by staircase only.
