Malcolm Appleby Shooting Companion

The Malcolm Appleby Shooting Companion is a breathtaking collaboration with master engraver, Dr Malcolm Appleby MBE. A striking pairing of Britain's craft and sporting heritage and a one-of-a-kind variation on the classic LINLEY Shooting Companion.

The walnut oiled companion is embellished with silver-plated brass box corners and clasp, each intricately hand-engraved by Appleby in stunning detail. Sporting sturdy leather handles for easy transportation, the engraved silver plated clasp opens to reveals a neatly packed interior. Inside the box is a walnut rack and eight, solid silver hammered cups with hand-poured 24kt gold plating to the interior. The rack can be removed to distribute the cups, which are conveniently engraved with the numbers one to eight referencing the guns' pegs or places in the line at the start of the day.

Two lead crystal LINLEY Trafalgar Decanters are each fitted with an engraved solid silver hallmarked plaque with space for personalised engraving. A cigar cutter, wool blanket and compartment to hold 8 cigars are also included. The shooting box is completed with an engraved solid silver oval plaque, again with a space for a larger personalised message or initials.
