This humidor contains special cigars known as "Regional Editions" produced exclusively for the United Kingdom market. For several years, Habanos S.A. invited distributors to bid for the chance to develop their own special sizes, to be made in limited quantities for sale only in their own markets. Hunters & Frankau helped to pioneer the project with the Ramon Allones Belicoso Fino.
Veneers of cherry, Swiss pear, sycamore, walnut and wenge are used to recreate the city skyline set against a background of Macassar ebony. The humidor contains Spanish cedar drawers with capacity for approximately 70 cigars, and conceals a Cigar Spa humidification system.
This humidor contains special cigars produced exclusively for the United Kingdom market. Various companies that distribute Habanos around the world have been invited by Habanos S.A. to bid for the chance to develop their own special sizes; these are known as Regional Editions. In 2005 Hunters & Frankau helped to pioneer the project with the Ramon Allones Belicoso Fino. The Regional Speciality concept has since been refined by the addition of numbers on all the boxes and a second band to identify each cigar.
