THE BRIEF
We provide a fully comprehensive Interior Design service which includes design, project supervision, procurement and installation. On visiting us, we will show you our portfolio demonstrating the variety of our Interior Design installations to date and discuss in detail how we work. We will then take a full brief and look at your preferred style and the environment in which you live and work. Prior to starting work, a budget and fees will be agreed with you according to the scope of the project.

WORK BEGINS
One of our sales associates and interior designers will be allocated to your project to oversee every aspect from start to finish. We will review architectural drawings and where possible complete a site visit. We will also conduct research into the location and historical context of the property as we like to take this into account during our creative thinking. We will then produce floor plans to illustrate the proposed furniture layouts, along with conceptual design schemes and presentation boards displaying colour pallets, materials, loose and fitted furniture, upholstery, soft furnishing, textiles, suggested fixtures, fittings and a selection of light fittings. We are not restricted to using our own products and will source furniture, fittings and equipment from around the world.
CREATIVE PRESENTATION
Our proposal will be presented to you in person using the inspiration boards displaying the conceptual design schemes. Watercolour perspectives may also be shown to help you visualise the interior and illustrate our design intentions. Depending on the nature of the project we may choose to design one primary room first in order to agree the design direction with you before we progress to the rest of the project. After the initial presentation any amendments you deem necessary can be made before we develop and refine the overall design concepts and present the final scheme with a detailed quotation.

PROJECT SUPERVISION & PROCUREMENT
If you decide to implement our design schemes we will supply a full interior design drawings package and specification document to the architect and contractors. Once the contractors have been appointed, one of our interior design team will take responsibility for overseeing any works needed on site. We will make periodic site visits to review progress during implementation and deliver installation supervision and snagging management, ensuring that the scope of works is executed to the quality required by all parties. During this stage we will also manage the procurement process which will include ordering all items for the design scheme from LINLEY and external suppliers. We will also co-ordinate storage and delivery, including shipping when required.
INSTALLATION
We’ll provide a LINLEY team to deliver and install the full interior scheme. When complete, it will be dressed and styled in anticipation of final sign off.
