Details
The desk top is French polished to bring out the full lustre of the Santos rosewood (Riva inspired), whilst the rest of the desk is finished with a grain-filled fully burnished lacquer.
A central writing surface is inlaid in dark chocolate brown leather, as are two pull-out side panels for additional surface area, disguised within the moulding of the top.
The rosewood handles for the drawers are nickel-plated with fine reeded detailing and the upper drawers of the pedestals are fitted with Bramah locks. Both pedestals conceal numberous secret compartments, including a cigar humidor with accessories designed specifically for the desk.
