Château Petrus
An architectural wine box and cabinet, constructed in Sycamore with various marquety veneers. The architectural box is a representation of the Chateau Petrus with 3D relief and marquetry. The box lifts and hinges to reveal a compartment beneath to house 3 bottles of wine. There is a secret drawer on the right hand side of the box which opens on a push catch and contains 1 Waiter’s Friend marquetry cork screw. The cabinet below has a drawer within the frieze fitted with push catches. The cabinets doors and posts hinge open on a push catch to reveal a wine cooler. The wine cooler has 4 pull out shelves, each storing 3 bottles of wine. Ventilation for the wine cooler is provided through the plinth and rear panel.
Château Margaux
On top of the cabinet sits an architectural miniature of Chateau Margaux which opens to reveal storage for three wine bottles. Concealed in the steps of the Chateau and the frieze below are secret compartments. The two doors of the cabinet open to reveal five drawers on extending runners, each holding three bottles of wine.
Château d’Yquem
The Chateau d’Yquem architectural box is constructed in sycamore with a grey sycamore roof and holly, grey sycamore, maple, macassar ebony and burr ash inlays. There are laser etched details across the various elevations. The top is hinged to access three vintages of Château d’Yquem which are supported on sycamore cradles. The model also contains two concealed compartments that open to reveal a secret object.
Château Haute Brion
Constructed after many months of research and collaboration between The Antique Wine Company and the Châteaux owners, the Haut Brion model is constructed in sycamore with a grey sycamore roof with holly, grey sycamore, maple, macassar ebony and burr ash inlays. There are laser-etched details across the various elevations. The model has a hinged lid that reveals a storage compartment for two wine bottles. To the inside of the lid there is a engraved custom plaque. It also has two hidden compartments, each on push latches, one positioned to the right hand elevation and the second is to the rear elevation.
Château La Mission Haut Brion
Crafted from the finest sycamore, ripple sycamore, burr ash and bombay rosewood, this excellence of design continues in the lower matching cabinet fitted with two wooden doors and five drawers to house a further 15 Château La Mission Haut Brion vintages. The cabinet has been especially made to permit being stored inside a wine cellar with high humidity levels (usually 70-80%) and low temperatures (10-14° celsius). LINLEY have also created a temperature-controlled version in case you want to showcase the cabinet in a restaurant room or a dining area. The windows and doors are surrounded by marquetry relief and dormer windows. There are two concealed drawers; one revolving panel revealing a barrel room scene and one concealed drawer in the front face.
Château Mouton Rothschild
Crafted in sycamore with burr ash, burr walnut, aspen, satin walnut and holly. The roof is in grey sycamore and there are two 'secret' push catch drawers at each end of the model. Three doors in front elevation are recessed and the remaining in flat marquetry. The model sits on a plinth which features the logo and name of the chateau in marquetry.
Château Latour
Constructed in sycamore with ripple sycamore, forming staggered stripes, which creates a brickwork effect. There are laser etched details across the various elevations, and the inlays are constructed from the finest grey sycamore and holly. The lower box is made in sycamore with Aspa stringings and burr ash inlays.
Château Cheval Blanc
There are three concealed drawers in the lower compartment, two pairs of windows open on push catches on the front elevation and one on the rear elevation that opens by pressing the front door. The model has a hinged lid that reveals a storage compartment for four wine bottles. To the inside of the lid there is an engraved custom plaque.
Château Lafite Rothschild
The model is constructed in sycamore with grey sycamore, holly and walnut inlays and has a hinged lid that lifts to reveal a storage compartment for three bottles of wine. The roof of the tower lifts off to reveal a secret compartment inside and there is also a secret compartment on the left-facing side around two of the ground floor windows.
