Please note that different postal charges apply for our Tools Collection and you will be notified of the charge with your order confirmation.
UK Postage & Packing Charges
£3 for orders under £50
£7 for orders between £50 and £150
£15 for orders £150.00 and above
Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.
International Postage & Packing Charges
The price for international orders will be given upon receipt of order, we will then await confirmation from you to process the order. International orders may take up to 10 days. We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination. VAT will be deducted from orders delivered to addresses outside the EU.
Returns/Exchange policy
Mail Order refunds are given if the product is returned within 14 days, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
We cannot refund items that have been used, damaged or items which have been personalized unless they are defective or faulty.
We recommend that you use registered mail and retain your receipt from the carrier or post office, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that are lost in transit or for the cost of returning items.
