Terms & Conditions:

1. All entries must be submitted by 12:00 GMT on 31st December 2008.

2. The winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by us before the closing date. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable. One winning entry will be drawn on 31st December 2008 and the winner will be notified by E-mail. The E-mail will include details on how the prize can be claimed.

3. Winner shall receive a LINLEY for Claridge's Tub Chair. The prize does not include delivery of the chair.

4. LINLEY are not liable for any delays or cancellations with regards to the prize.

5. No employee or their families at LINLEY or Claridge's or anyone professionally associated with the company may enter the draw.

6. Only one entry per household. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Winners only will be notified.

7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, David Linley & Co can accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to the prizewinner or their property as a result of accepting the prize.
